We use your information solely for the purpose of coordinating sports sessions:

• Sending session invitations, confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices via SMS.
• Processing your RSVP responses and managing roster positions.
• Managing waitlists and automatically notifying you when a spot becomes available.
• Displaying roster information on public roster pages shared by your league organizer.

SMS Messaging

By participating in a league managed through Pickleball SMS Pro, you consent to receive SMS messages related to session coordination. These messages may include:

• Weekly game invitations with date, time, and location details.
• Confirmation messages when you RSVP.
• Waitlist notifications and promotion alerts.
• Reminders for sessions you haven't responded to.
• Cancellation notices due to weather or other reasons.

Message frequency varies based on your league's schedule, typically 1-5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Pickleball SMS Pro. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your league organizer maintains your player profile in the system. SMS message logs are retained for operational and audit purposes. If you wish to have your data removed, please contact your league organizer or reach out to us directly at [email protected].

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• SMS Delivery: Your phone number and message content are transmitted through our SMS provider (SignalWire) to deliver text messages.
• Public Roster: If your league organizer shares a public roster link, your first name and RSVP status may be visible to anyone with the link. Phone numbers are never displayed on public rosters.
• League Organizers: Your league organizer(s) can view your name, phone number, and RSVP history within the platform.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure database storage, and access controls limiting data access to authorized league organizers.
