By accessing or using Pickleball SMS Pro (the "Service"), operated by Coactrix ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including league organizers, players, and visitors.
Pickleball SMS Pro is an SMS-based sports session coordination platform that enables league organizers to manage recurring game sessions, send invitations, collect RSVPs, manage rosters and waitlists, and communicate with players via text message. The Service includes a web-based dashboard for organizers and SMS-based interaction for players.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.
By participating in a league managed through the Service, players consent to receive SMS messages related to session coordination. By using the Service as a league organizer, you represent and warrant that:
Players may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on league schedule, typically 1–5 messages per week.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Coactrix and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain the availability and reliability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of SMS messages, we cannot guarantee that all messages will be delivered successfully. Message delivery depends on factors outside our control, including carrier networks, device availability, and network congestion. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coactrix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coactrix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California.
